How to use this page
Every step below has its own comment box. Click the comment bubble next to a step and write your thoughts. Bob reads every comment, changes the plan and marks it done.
Locked decisions
D1. The Brain runs on her Asus PC
No cloud and no server in phase 1. She opens the portal on her phone and PC with a normal login: she signs up once, then logs in. How the portal is reached from outside her PC is being worked out (see O4); a private link only if it turns out to be necessary.
D2. AI: her own Claude subscription
Claude Code on her own Claude subscription, set up the same way Bob runs. No API account. No plan level suggested to her for now. Other AIs (GPT, Gemini, Grok) can be added later with a setup like the one we use, but that is kept away for now.
D3. She never uses a terminal
She works through WhatsApp and the web portal, on her phone and on her PC. We use a terminal only for setup and support.
D4. Her own WhatsApp number
No separate Brain number. The Brain reads and drafts in her own WhatsApp.
D5. Nothing is sent without her approval
Every message, email or invite waits for her tap. Auto-replies can be configured later, if she wants them.
D6. She cannot add superpowers by asking
The Brain's settings, skills and tools are locked on her PC. When she asks for something new, the Brain replies: please contact Hassan about this.
D7. Superpowers: 11 on her list, she picks 10
One superpower per platform, similar ones combined. Sent to her on 4 Nov: bookkeeping, WhatsApp, Google (Gmail and calendar), Slack, TikTok, Instagram, video creation, medical AI, design, Alexa reminders, app creation. Core Brain, not counted: tasks, projects, morning brief, research, voice.
D8. Bookkeeping first
From monthly statement PDFs and receipt photos, no live bank link. Statements are deleted after her CPA has them. No tax or financial advice.
Phase 0: portal and first-time setup (by Friday 6 November)
0.1 Ask Juliette for a 120 minute window on Friday
We ask her to be ready on Friday 6 Nov and to send a 120 minute window, so we can do the whole setup on one call.
0.2 Build the portal before the call
Our side, before Friday: the portal with sign up and login, chat with the Brain, tasks, approvals and a bookkeeping page, ready to install.
0.3 Setup call: prepare the Asus
On the call: Windows updates, power settings so the PC does not sleep while she works, and a separate folder for the Brain.
0.4 Setup call: install the engine and the portal
Install Claude Code, she logs in with her own Claude subscription, then install the portal and check it answers.
0.5 Setup call: her login
She signs up on the portal and logs in on her PC and on her phone.
0.6 Setup call: load the Brain files and lock the settings
Her profile, her voice from the intake form, tasks and projects go in; the Brain's settings, skills and tools are set read-only for the Brain.
0.7 Setup call: link her WhatsApp
Her WhatsApp is linked to the Brain as a device, after we tell her the risk (see R1).
0.8 Setup call: remote support access
A way for us to support the PC remotely, which she approves on the call.
0.9 First Friday update (6 November)
After the call, Hassan sends the written update: what is set up, what comes next, what we need from her.
Phase 1: bookkeeping skill (6 to 10 November)
1.1 Load the bookkeeping skill
Right after the setup call, the bookkeeping skill goes in.
1.2 She sends 50 to 70 sample transactions
Statement PDFs, receipt photos and screenshots, sent on WhatsApp or through the portal, with a short note each.
1.3 We build her categories
From the samples: her spending categories, business vs personal, recurring payments.
1.4 Sample review call
A short call to go through the categories with her and fix what is off.
1.5 Bookkeeping working (9 or 10 November)
She sends a statement or a receipt, the Brain files it in the right category and asks her about anything unclear.
1.6 Monthly view and CPA export
A monthly summary by category and an export file her CPA can use, on the portal.
1.7 CPA hand-over (12 or 13 November)
Phase 2: portal extras (11 to 20 November)
2.1 Morning brief
On her days and times (Mon 8:30, Tue 9:00, Wed 9:30, Thu 8:30, Fri 10:00): the most important items first, full detail one tap away.
2.2 Voice
She can speak to the Brain and get audio replies, made on her PC.
2.3 Phone home-screen icon and PC app window
The portal installs as an icon on her phone and as its own window on her PC.
Phase 3: her superpowers (21 November to about 30 December)
3.1 Her 10 in order
She sends her top 10 from the list of 11. We build them in her order, about 1 to 2 a week.
3.2 Each superpower: test, then switch on
Every superpower is tested on her real accounts and switched on only when it works. She gets a short note on what it does.
3.3 Accounts in her name
Each superpower that needs an account (TikTok, Instagram, Slack, Higgsfield, Canva, her medical platform) uses an account in her name. We help her open or connect it.
3.4 Requests for new superpowers
New asks from her come to us as requests. Anything beyond her 10 is quoted separately.
3.5 Checks still open from the call
Phone agent (does it fit in the 10), her app from the US developer, Alexa reminders for her affirmations. Hassan answers each one.
Risks
R1. Her own WhatsApp as a linked device
This is not the official WhatsApp route, so WhatsApp can restrict it. The safe route needs a separate number, which she declined. We tell her before linking.
R2. Subscription usage limits
On heavy days (a big bookkeeping run, video jobs) the Brain can pause until the limit resets.
R3. The Asus must be on and awake
The portal answers only while the PC is on, and the morning brief runs only when it is on.
R5. Portal ready by Friday
The portal has to be built and tested before the Friday call, so work on it starts now.
R4. Bookkeeping in 5 days
9 or 10 Nov holds only if her samples arrive by about 7 Nov.
Open items
O1. Juliette owes
The 50 to 70 samples, her 10 superpowers in order, access to her app from the US developer, which accounts are business and which personal.
O2. We owe
O4. How the portal is reached from outside her PC
To brainstorm. Options: a secure tunnel from her PC to a web address with the portal's own login (no app on her phone, nothing opened on her router); a private network app on her phone (the private link); opening a port on her router (not advised).
O3. Agreement
Accepted by voice on 23 Oct and the advance paid, but no signed copy on file. Decide: ask her to sign the 19 Oct agreement, or an updated one with today's changes.
